Cancellation policy

When you schedule an appointment at Aesthetic House, the time is reserved specifically for you. We make every effort to be on time for your appointment and will not allow another person to take your scheduled slot.

Since this time is set aside exclusively for you, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations so we may offer the appointment time to another client.

The failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in a $50.00 cancellation or no-show fee. This will be charged from the credit card on file, deducted from any deposit made for the appointment, or collected at your next visit. It is important to note that this fee may change without notice.
